Jitterbuggers

This sculpture was "inspired" by the cover of a Smithsonian magazine a few years ago.  After I finished it, I saw that I should have had the spring supports lined up directly behind the dancers so that they would bounce together better.  I thought I would do it that way on the next one, or else modify this one.  So much for that thought.  That time has come and gone.
